RETURN POLICY
At Victoria Sports, we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, we offer store credit returns under the following terms.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Approved returns receive store credit only.
Store credit is valid for 90 days from issue date.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items
- Promotional sale items
- Discounted merchandise
- Opened padel ball cans/tubes
- Used sporting goods
- Personalized/custom items
- Intimate or hygiene-related apparel
Padel Balls Policy
Because padel balls are pressurized performance products:
Opened tubes cannot be returned
Used balls cannot be returned
Manufacturing issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and issue details.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returns with opened packaging, excessive wear, or frequent return history.
Late Returns
Unauthorized returns sent after the 15-day window may be refused.
If return shipping back to customer is unpaid after 45 days, items may be donated or discarded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos, issue details and order number.
We will review and resolve promptly.
